Your custom tea towel starts life as a roll of cotton fabric in our warehouse (our cotton is woven and finished specially to our specific requirements).  It is then cut, printed on our large format automatic screen-print carousels, sewn and individually quality controlled, all within our UK factory based in rural Lincolnshire. This gives us complete control over the quality at every stage of the process.

To finish your promotional tea towels, we can also add extra promotional features such as personalised sew-in labels, swing tickets, belly band wraps etc. These extras further reinforcing your sales message

For larger runs of 500+ tea towels for promotions, then screen print is unbeatable for cost-effectiveness. 

We can screen-print large runs of printed tea towels of up to 25K with quick lead times (far quicker than imported tea towels).  We can also handle larger runs than 25K and are happy to discuss lead times for orders of this size.

But if you are looking for quantities of under 250 – 500 units, then we also have excellent digital printing facilities, which can be the better choice for smaller runs of tea towels for promotions.
