Mugs are very popular, and people are known to buy a lot of them, which is why we offer a large range of bone china and earthenware mugs plus a small range of bone china plates.
We work in conjunction with a Stoke-based pottery, who once we have prepared your artwork, skilfully print and apply your designs to the ceramics on our behalf.
The mugs and plates can be all decorated in spot colours plus some of the styles can also be printed in full colour dye-sublimation (for runs up to 500) or full colour transfer printing for larger runs.
Mugs are an excellent product on which to feature beautiful images, so appeal to our design-orientated customers.

We offer the following styles of Bone China mugs:-
Apollo & Windsor – the most popular of the larger sizes.
The Apollo and Windsor bone china mugs are very similar shapes, but because of the flared effect at the top of the Apollo mug, this shape is not suitable for very large designs which need to fill more of the print area from top to bottom.
Therefore we also have the more straight-sided Windsor mug to fulfil this role.
The Apollo and Windsor mugs are suitable for single colour and multi spot colours plus full colour transfer prints.

Bone China Can Mugs
Can – a large, modern looking, capacity, straight-sided bone china mug which is suitable for single colour, multi spot colours, full colour transfer prints and dye sublimation.

Ruby – another medium sized mug which is suitable for single colour and multi spot colours plus full colour transfer prints.

Bone China Topaz Mugs
Topaz – a pretty, smaller sized mug featuring a more ornate handle; this style often suits a more commemorative role or where the design is more delicate. The Topaz mug is suitable for single colour, multi spot colours, full colour transfer prints and dye sublimation.

Trent Tankard – a commemorative style of bone china mug; which comes in to its own at times like the Queen’s Jubilees or celebrating for special occasions. This mug is are suitable for single colour and multi spot colours plus full colour transfer prints.

Earthenware Cambridge Mugs
Cambridge – a large, functional, chunky earthenware mug which is both robust and practical. Great for promotions plus excellent value for money, these are a very popular mug. They are suitable for single colour, multi spot colours, full colour transfer prints and dye sublimation.
Dimensions are: height 90mm – top diameter 80mm – capacity 10 floz/300ml (please note dimensions can vary slightly from batch to batch of white-ware)
Earthenware Sparta Mugs
Sparta – a slightly more decorative and lighter weight earthenware mug than the Cambridge, the Sparta is a popular choice with our visitor attraction, charity and church customers. These mugs are suitable for single colour and multi spot colours plus full colour transfer prints.
Dimensions are: height 93mm – top diameter 80mm – capacity 10.25 floz/310ml (please note dimensions can vary slightly from batch to batch of white-ware)
Earthenware Lincoln Mugs
Lincoln – this style is a smaller and more delicate earthenware mug than the Cambridge or Sparta. They make a good, less expensive alternative to bone china and are suitable for single colour and multi spot colours plus full colour transfer prints.

Extras
To make your mugs a bit more special and so they stand out from the crowd, you can add the following options:
Gold or Silver (Platinum) Rim – applied to the top rim of the mug and/or a gold or silver (platinum) handle flash – applied to the handle. Or a solid spot colour rim and/or flash instead of a metallic.
Back Stamp – this usually features a logo or some information about the designer and can be in single or multi-colour (not available for dye-sublimation).
Inner Stamp – similar to a back stamp, this is a decoration applied to the bottom inside of the mug (not available for dye-sublimation).
Inner Rim Print – usually a line of text around the inside top of the mug but can also be a logo or small illustration (not available for dye-sublimation).

Packaging Options
The mugs are normally supplied bulk packed in boxes of 36 separated by cardboard dividers.
But, for an extra charge, the mugs can be packed in individual polystyrene boxes. These boxes will keep the mugs safe when posting them out individually.
We can also source cardboard display boxes in a small range of colours.

Swing Tickets
To further enhance your brand we can print and then attach swing tickets with either kimbles, ribbon or string plus print.
Barcodes
More and more retailers are calling for stock to be barcoded. We have the facilities to create any type of barcode and can either print them on to the swing tickets, inserts etc or we can print them on to peelable self-adhesive labels. We can also attach barcode labels provided by the customer.
