Here’s a photo of our amazing 5 Star team, posing with their certificates, after all passing their Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Business Improvement Techniques (BIT).
Also, as part of the course, three projects were centred around Lean Manufacturing (aka the 5S).
Everyone was involved in these activities where they had to pick an area of the factory and improve it with the 5S system.
The whole team passed with flying colours – so congratulations to them all.
As a company we are always keen to promote training for our employees in all aspects of business and manufacturing procedures. This in turn improves our products plus the services we provide to our customers.
The next blog will follow on very quickly and is the launch of our first Royal Wedding tea towel and mug designs.
