Custom Melamine Coasters & Table Mats
Our superb quality coasters and melamine mats are always a popular choice judging by the number of repeat orders our customers place with us.
The heat resistant coasters and table mats are manufactured from full colour satin finish printed melamine with a hardboard base. The reverse side is covered with an attractive and durable cork backing.
Our melamine products are heat resistant to 145ºC as well as being scratch and stain resistant.
The coasters and table mats are available in a variety of sizes including square, rectangular and circular shapes.

Shapes & Sizes Plus Minimum Quantities
Minimum Quantities per Design:-
Square Coasters – The minimum order is 80 units which can be split into two designs (40 per design) allowing an additional image to be featured. Further designs must be ordered in multiples of 40s.
Rectangular/Round Coasters – The minimum order is 70 units which can be split into two designs (35 per design) allowing an additional image to be featured. Further designs must be ordered in multiples of 35s.
Square/Rectangular/Round Mats – The minimum order is 96 units which can be split into two designs (48 per design) allowing an additional image to be featured. Further designs must be ordered in multiples of 48s.
Rectangular Coasters & Mats – can be produced to different sizes
Round Coasters & Mats – are available in standard sizes

Packaging
If you would like your melamine packaged, we offer two types of packaging as standard.
For sets of four or six square, rectangular and round coasters we offer Kraft card or clear acetate boxes.
We also offer the same Kraft card options for the square, rectangular and round mats. Acetate boxes are only available for rectangular mats.

Set of 4 Coasters & 4 Mats – packed in clear acetate boxes
Kraft Cardboard Boxes – available for sets of 4 & 6 coasters and mats
Inserts – to enhance the added perceived value of the product, for a small extra charge, we can also print inserts for packing inside the acetate boxes.
These are printed on 200gsm paper and wrap from front to back within the acetate box.
Contents Stickers – we have an optional gold contents sticker (which states the melamine is manufactured by Countryside Art) to add to the underneath of the boxes. These can be supplied free-of-charge for orders where the boxes are supplied separately.
Or if the sets are being boxed by us on your behalf, we can add a customised sticker featuring your own design, at no extra charge (this offer does not apply when the boxes are being sent separately).

Contents Stickers – for the ‘sets of four’ acetate boxes we have an optional gold contents sticker (which states the melamine is manufactured by Countryside Art) and is added to the underneath of the boxes.
Just ask if you would like these content stickers added to your packaging.
Barcodes – more and more retailers are calling for stock to be barcoded. We have the facilities to create any type of barcode and can either print them on to the swing tickets, inserts etc or we can print them on to peelable self-adhesive labels. We can also attach barcode labels provided by the customer.
